What Venux collects

VENUX DOES NOT COLLECT ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Venux merely stores a copy of your encrypted data without being able to access your encrypted data itself.

Venux Remote Services

Venux Remote Services merely propagate your data to the destination specified by you. If encryption services are purchased or requested, data is encrypted but never accessed or shared by Venux.

Access to and Accuracy of Your Personal Information

Venux offers its clients the ultimate privacy. Just as Venux does not have access to the data you store, propagate, or encrypt using Venux services and products, Venux does not have access to your personal information (i.e., login user id and/or password). If you misplace or forget your login user id and/or password, you are locked out from your Venux account and from the data you stored with Venux. As noted above, Venux does NOT have access to your personal information and cannot recover it for you. Accordingly, Venux encourages you to keep your personal information safe. To update your personal information and communication preferences, you can do so by accessing your profile on the Venux website or by contacting Venux at Please note that:

  • if you change your login information (login and/or password), synchronization of the data with your new login information may take up to 24 hours;
  • your password has to be at least four characters long (including special characters); and
  • your login user id cannot be the same as your password.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Venux does not sell or share your personal information with anybody simply because Venux does not have access to it.


Venux is committed to protecting your data from an authorized access by utilizing an unparallel proprietary security technologies, procedures, and organizational measures.

Venux will NEVER contact you to request your user id or your password.

Children’s Privacy

  • Venux encourages parents and guardians to go online with their children. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:
